This weekend I will be uploading my photo “Gasparilla Art Festival 2011” as my entry for the International Photography Competition II at the Florida Museum of Photographic Arts in Tampa. Many family and co-workers love this piece and I even use it on one of my credit cards. It was a beautiful day and turned out to be beautiful. Many people who see it ask me where I was I tell them downtown Tampa, they gasp and say, “I didn’t know it looked that good downtown”. So if you are a member or want to vote go to Http://www.fmopa.org and watch for the competition to begin.
A beautiful day at The Dali Museum in St Petersburg Florida. If you have not yet had a chance to visit this beautiful museum and the wonderful collection of Salvador Dali you are truly missing out on an exciting experience. The new home of his outstanding works is just as beautiful. In the places section you will see additional pictures of this beautiful structure, so have a peak at the outside. You have to go to see the wonderful works inside.
